Insurance companies usually pay a portion of your treatment; the remainder of the cost is patient responsibility and is due at the time of service.
We except MasterCard, Visa, Debit Card, Check, or Cash. We also do financing through Care Credit for qualifying applicants.

Cancellations
Your dentist has reserved time to see you, if you find you are unable to keep the appointment, please give the business office at least 24 hour notice. Failure to give this notice may result in a charge to your account of a minimim of $60 per treatment hour. A 24 hour answering machine service is available if you need to call after office hours.
